Pleasant
The property was good located in very good neighborhood.
When we booked it was clearly mentioned that whom ever stays at the property should be quiet but unfortunately we had a sleepless night because of the sounds and the noise.

I felt welcomed, safe and secure at a time when my family was experiencing a major health crisis.
local and national staff were exceptionally helpful. As I arrived I had just learnt of a family health emergency and needed fast checkin and latemcheck in and unplanned car parking. The staff and a couple of guests were so freindly and incredibly helpful.

It was great, overall, as its the 3rd stay in 2 years !!
The location was great and easy access, but i could not use my membership benefits as i forgot the details, and could not check on the system as well from the past records, not sure why? this could be improved in future as this is my 3rd stay in the last 2 years.

What was the highlight of Punthill Spring Hill
Great location with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Brisbane,
Very central location close to the free Spring Hill Loop bus. Bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and well supplied with couch, chairs, TV, kitchen essentials. Bathroom was nice. Good sized work area/table. A balcony! The cafe downstairs was decent and you can't beat $5 Happy Hour beers! Staff were cheerful and helpful. Pool a great asset and well appointed with loungers.
Minor issues only. The curtains were not up to the standard of the rest of the room. Tired and not connected well with too few curtain hooks. The bathroom light was on the far wall of the bathroom rather than near the entrance. The magpies were incredibly noisy VERY early(!) and the room was not double glazed.
